Exchange Policy

• Exchanges are permitted ONLY for size discrepancies.

• The request for an exchange must be made within 2 days of receiving your order.

• The item must be returned in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.

• You are responsible for all return shipping costs.

• Exchanges are subject to availability. If the requested size is unavailable, we may offer a different color in the same design or a store credit, at our discretion.

• We do not offer exchanges for any other reason, including but not limited to, design preference, color variations, or perceived quality issues.

• Any item returned that does not meet the above criteria will not be exchanged and will be returned to you at your expense.

• To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service at bhavaticlothing@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the exchange.

No Refund Policy

• All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for any reason.

• This includes, but is not limited to, dissatisfaction with the product, incorrect sizing (unless an exchange is requested within the timeframe), or changes in preference.
